The wine has followed the traditional process of complete tanning, followed by aging for 6 to 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
Dense, deep and full-bodied, it covers the aroma and fruity flavour of the sweet vanilla of the oak wood in which it has aged.
The high-quality tannins give it structure and life as well as a distinct and long finish.
It should be consumed at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C, which will make it an excellent complement to red meat.
