Of an intense garnet colour, it has a brilliant appearance and a powerfully fruity aroma (notes of plum and cherry). Flavour equivalent to the aroma with good tannins, good body and a hint of vanilla. Lively and concentrated with a pleasant and very persistent finish.
Ideal with red meat, game and cheese, it’s the perfect addition to a good meal.
It should be consumed, in moderation, at a temperature of 17-18ºC.
